ELF Promotions is owned by Earl and Laura Fisher. They have been coordinating and directing successful running events for 8 years. Laura has worked in the non-profit arena for over 12 years and has hosted many events. ELF Promotions was formed for the sole purpose of giving non-profit organizations an affordable alternative to fund-raising and bringing public awareness to your organization. Running events are very popular in our state and it is a great way to get the community involved.
